How long do I have to use my coaching package?
You have a year from the date of purchase to use the session(s). You'll get a link to my calendar where you'll be able to book sessions on a rolling basis (if you need to book out further than that, let me know and I will try to accommodate).
What can we cover in coaching?
We can go over your marketing strategy, tech implementation, or both, during a session.
This can include things like setting up or auditing your Kartra account or a funnel, building or optimizing a funnel or website, basic design help, importing and customizing a DFY Campaign, implementing what you're learning in a course or membership, marketing best practices and how to implement in Kartra, and much more.
I have some clients that book sessions to get funnels built out quickly, easily, and without any stress (or the back and forth of working with a tech VA or agency) - so we work through the process together (I can request access to control your screen and do the work) with me building everything out while we discuss strategy and design.
I have some clients who meet with me to brainstorm ideas, troubleshoot their existing funnels, fix something that is broken, or teach them how to do something specific in Kartra.
I have some clients who are brand new to Kartra and want to get things set up correctly right from the get-go - either to migrate over or to start fresh. So we start from the top and work our way down.
I have worked with very experienced marketers and business owners who hire me to consult on creative strategy or making the most of thier use of Kartra.
And I have worked with brand new online entrepreneurs who are starting out and need extra support, hand holding, and a slower approach to learning the tech, the marketing, all of it.
So it's pretty safe to say, if there's something Kartra or marketing related - I can help you with it!
How can I get more access to you for coaching?
As a 1:1 coaching client, all of our interaction will be during your booked session time. I do not offer support between sessions via email or messenger.

In between sessions, I can send you an email or a message with a quick question, right?
No, but there are other ways to get the support you need!
Your package time can be booked in 20 minute increments for quick questions that pop up or things you need me to just take a quick look at - or you can join my Inner Circle and ask questions in our private facebook group as needed!
But I do not offer support via email or message, as I'm sure you can understand, so that I have time to devote to booked client sessions and also the freedom to not be working 24/7.
I'm brand new to Kartra and marketing in general - will coaching be enough to teach me everything I need to know?
If you are brand new to both Kartra and to marketing in general, coaching can definitely be the right fit if you are looking for someone to support you step by step as you build out your offer and funnel, but it's important to note that it will be a longer-term process of working together.
I would suggest the package of 10 Sessions and joining the Inner Circle.
The Inner Circle will be a great resource to you in addition to a coaching package. If you utilize the Members Area to watch the Masterclasses on the basics, you can then spend more of our 1:1 coaching time on your personalized strategy, specific questions and done-with-you implementation.
What if I decide not to use Kartra or that I don't need any more coaching ?
Coaching packages are non-refundable, so please be realistic about how many sessions you feel you'll need in the next year.
