Can I join at any time ?
Currently the Membership is by invitation only, and only available to coaching clients. You can join by request or when purchasing a coaching session or package.
As a member do I have 24/7 access to you for coaching?
It may feel like it, sometimes, lol, but no!
As a member you have access to post your questions in our private Facebook group at any time 24/7 - no more waiting for posts to be approved (in the official group) and crossing your fingers that the answer you get from someone is actually accurate and helpful!
I make it a point to check the group at least once per day Monday - Friday to answer any new questions that have been posted. (I do tend to over-deliver, so I often answer questions throughout the day as I see notifications come in and have the opportunity to get to them, and that sometimes means I will answer questions during the weekend or late night if I'm available, however that is not guaranteed.)
You must post the questions to the group - and not via private message or email.
Can you answer every question I have, in the group?
Simply put, no, I can't.
I will always do my best to answer your question as fully as I can right in the group, and will do video demos live in the group (when applicable) as questions come up, but in the event that your question requires a more detailed explanation and would be better answered during a 1:1 session I will suggest that you book one. If your question has been covered previously in a Masterclass, Office Hours, or a video in the group I will direct you there first, and if you have questions after watching that content, I'm happy to answer them.
The group is meant to serve as additional support, not a replacement for 1:1 coaching when tackling new projects, if you need hands-on implementation help, or want to learn/launch a brand new strategy/funnel.
Also, there are some things that even I cannot fix, to include things like Kartra glitches and technical issues that need back end support. There will be times when you'll need to submit a ticket to Kartra so they can "take a look under the hood" (so to speak) or to give us answers as to why something unexpected is happening. I will work with you through these things, but keep in mind, I don't control Kartra.
I've already got some funnels running and I'm not a beginner - will this group have enough new training to be worth it for me ?
Absolutely! We often dive deeper into strategy in Office Hours, I cover advanced marketing techniques and best practices, we work on improving conversions (and I do funnel reviews), and I share apps and software outside of Kartra that I use and love.
I'm brand new to Kartra and marketing in general - will this group be enough to teach me everything I need to know?
The Inner Circle will be a great resource to you in addition to a coaching package. If you utilize the Members Area to watch the Masterclasses on the basics, you can then spend more of our 1:1 coaching time on your personalized strategy, specific questions and implementation.
While you will be able to ask follow up questions between sessions on topics that we've worked on together 1:1, the group isn't going to replace that 1:1 time when asking about specific strategy or going in depth on a new topic.
Am I locked into a contract ? Will it be awkward if I want to cancel ?
Not at all!
While members often join to get quick questions answered in between coaching sessions while working on a specific project, most stay long-term for the ongoing community, Office Hours, and relevant new training each month.
However, I fully understand that at any given time the group may or may not be what you need. If you join on the monthly plan you can cancel at any time, absolutely no hard feelings!
If you join on the annual plan, you are making that commitment to get the benefit of two months free - so you can cancel at any time and it will not renew on your anniversary, however there are no refunds for cancelling early.
